Honestly, this is the easier option. We meet every Thursday from 7pm to 9pm at Abbeyview Community Hub in Dunfermline, all year round. You don’t need to book, tell us you’re coming, or bring anything with you.

Your first few visits are free, and somebody will look after you at the door.
